1. The 03BulkBuy Marketplace Guarantee

Unlike generic listing boards, 03BulkBuy facilitates a Buyer Protection Framework. While vendors are independent entities, we monitor transactions to ensure quality. If a vendor fails to deliver as promised, 03BulkBuy provides a structured dispute resolution process to protect your funds.

2. Subscription & The Matrix System

Access to certain features, including commissions and bulk discounts, requires an active subscription (Basic, Promoter, or Executive).

• Subscriptions are non-refundable once the account is activated.
• The Referral Matrix is a performance-based system; earnings are not guaranteed and depend on successful sign-ups via your unique link.

3. Vendor Obligations & Quality Control

Vendors on 03BulkBuy agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing.
• Honor the "Fixed-Vendor" shopping list agreements.
• Ship orders within the timelines stated in our Delivery Policy.

Failure to maintain a 4-star rating or higher may result in temporary storefront suspension.

4. Payment & Escrow Logic

To protect both parties, 03BulkBuy utilizes secure payment gateways (e.g., Paystack). In cases of bulk orders, funds may be held in escrow until the delivery is confirmed by the buyer or a valid tracking number is provided.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a conflict between a Buyer and a Vendor:

1. Parties must first attempt to resolve the issue through our internal messaging system.
2. If unresolved after 48 hours, either party may "Escalate to Admin."
3. 03BulkBuy’s decision in disputes is final based on the evidence provided (receipts, delivery notes, photos).

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Circumventing the platform to complete transactions "offline" to avoid fees.
• Creating multiple accounts to "game" the Referral Matrix.
• Uploading fraudulent or misleading product images.

7. Limitation of Liability

03BulkBuy acts as the infrastructure provider. While we exert significant effort in verifying vendors and resolving disputes, we are not the manufacturers of the goods sold. Liability for product defects rests with the Vendor.
